Shipping and Delivery Information

Standard processing time for USA orders is 5–7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day.

Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.

We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.

Amending a Shipping Address

Please note: Shipping addresses and methods cannot be changed after checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

International Shipping Options and Costs

International shipping rates vary.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the estimated weight of your package. 

International Orders – Customs Fees, Import Tax & Duties

Please note that orders may be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Please note that customs taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. As this cost is not collected by Chicbag studio, it is not eligible for a refund if the item is returned for any reason.

International Shipping Details

All international orders are shipped via standard shipping.
Please note: The shipping method cannot be changed.
Allow 2–3 weeks for international orders to be processed and shipped.
